Client’s Challenge:

This aging community had many areas of failing siding and roof problems. There were also several places where grading and drainage issues were worsening the siding issues.

Our Solution:

We replaced the low-slope roofs throughout the community and identified and addressed areas in need of siding replacement. We also worked with individual homeowners to correct grading and drainage issues. Our team completed the project under budget, on time, and with no safety violations.
